Fontana di Trevi

This fountain is one of the best known and most crowded places in Rome. It was built between 1732 and 1762. The special thing about this fountain is that it’s fed by an aqueduct that’s allegedly going uninterrupted since ancient times.

Originally I created a single photo HDR from the original shot using Photomatix [Photomatix Homepage].

I re-edited the photo using Intensify Pro [Intensify Pro Homepage], a tool for OSX that helps me to bring out more details in photos and can do black and white conversion. I use it mainly for photos from a compact camera and the iPhone. It’s amazing how much detail Intensify Pro can bring out from a slightly overexposed shot.

By the way, it’s your left hand and right shoulder :)
